Adult Classes Schedule
Tuesday and Thursday 7.30pm-9pm
We currently run classes specifically tailored to adults from beginner level and up all year round. Stretching and flexibility is an area that is sadly lacking from most fitness programs. Being flexible allows for greater joint mobility, improves circulation and helps to prevent joint injury. There is a strong focus on flexibility in gymnastics. Gymnastics will help improve performance in any other sport, as well as improving overall fitness and functional strength.
