Excel Gymnastics the multi award winning gymnastics club at unit 6, Celbridge Industrial Estate has launched exciting new play and gym sessions with open play time for children up to five years of age. These sessions will commence on April 19 2010, with a free tea or coffee for the first week.new programme for the smaller children where parents can:
1. Call in with their children and relax with a cup of tea or a coffee while their child plays.
2. Come in and play with their chil dren during the session.
3. They can also opt for a more struc tured class with qualified staff on hand to give them assistance and advice.
The classes are flexible and relaxing, where the children can develop and learn, initially through play and then start learning the basics of gymnastics. The Principal of the Club Natasha Preston points out that these classes can really help the child's motor skills, mobility, flexibility and build up their strength.
